Digital Products

All products sold through this site are digital and delivered electronically. Because digital products are immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Downloadable guides, templates, toolkits, checklists, workbooks, and other digital resources

• Digital courses, workshops, recordings, and training materials

• Any files, links, or materials made available immediately after purchase

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have a question about whether a product is right for you, contact us before completing your order.

Download or Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading a purchased digital product, contact us within 72 hours of purchase at amanda@baileyappliedintelligence.com.

Include:

• Your name

• The email address used at checkout

• Your order number, if available

• The product purchased

• A brief description or screenshot of the issue

We will make reasonable efforts to verify your purchase and restore access, resend the download, or provide an alternative delivery method.

Technical-access support does not constitute a refund, exchange, or cancellation of the purchase.

Services

Services—including consulting, advisory work, strategy sessions, workshops, assessments, and other professional services—are not refundable once work has begun, a session has occurred, or reserved time has been held for you.

For services purchased in advance:

• You may request to reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.

• Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be treated as forfeited, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

• If we must cancel or cannot deliver a scheduled service, we will work with you to reschedule or, where appropriate, provide a refund for the undelivered portion of the service.

No Guarantee of Results

Digital products and services are educational, informational, and advisory in nature. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your implementation, circumstances, decisions, and available resources.

We do not guarantee specific business, financial, operational, employment, or other results from use of our products or services.
